Editing another staff's username requires specific security role permissions. Contact your Account Manager or our ALIS Customer Success Team for assistance if needed.
Edit a Staff Username
- Navigate to the staff profile.
- Click the Login & Access section to expand it.
- Locate the Username on the right side and click on the pencil icon.
- In the Change Username pop-up, type the new, unique username.
- Click Update to save.
- Note: Upon the next login, the staff member will be required to use the changed username.
