How to fix an "Unknown Community" error page when trying to access ALIS

If you receive the following error page, it means that the URL you are using has been typed in incorrectly.

Correct URL Format: [yourcompanyname].alisonline.com 

Tips:

• Do not type "www." before the web address.
• Make sure that you spelled the beginning part of the URL correctly - this is typically your company name. Note that your company name may be abbreviated or spelled out entirely, and it was set up by your administrator when starting with ALIS. 
• Contact your administrator or our ALIS Customer Success Team at 1-888-404-2547 or support@medtelligent.com if you need help locating the correct URL.
