Dashboard icon notification count badges

This guide describes what each red badge on your Dashboard icons signify to assist you with understanding these notifications and taking necessary actions. 

People

• All Residents - Displays all 
• Monitored Residents - 

Alerts 

• Observation Center - Displays all observations created since the logged in user last viewed the Observation Center. 
• Incident Center - Displays all incidents created since the logged in user last viewed the Incident Center. 
• Alert Center- Displays Alerts that are unread from the last 24 hours.

Meds

• Pharmacy - Displays all unprocessed pharmacy messages for the community.
• Pass Meds - Displays all meds outstanding from this med pass and the last two med pass windows.
• Administer PRNs - Displays all PRNs that have pending outcomes that need to be recorded.

Care 

• Care Tracking - Displays all incomplete tasks from the "previous shift", all incomplete tasks from the "current shift" that are assigned to me, and all incomplete tasks from the "current shift" that are unassigned.
