You may need to edit either the Evaluation or Service Plan if you find a detail you need to change if it doesn't require a new Evaluation or Service Plan to be created.
It may be that the detail was a mistake to begin with, or that you need to adjust points or fees associated with the assessment.
Editing Evaluations
To edit an evaluation, find it in the Evaluation Center or in the Evaluations and Service Plans section of the Resident Profile. Click the small edit pencil icon toward the top right of the Evaluation section.
Important Note: When you edit the Evaluation, this will reset the Service Plan entirely. You can to retain signatures collected on the Evaluation, but any updates you made to the Service Plan will be lost.
Editing Service Plans
Similar to the Evaluation, there is a small edit pencil icon at the top right of the Service Plan section. You can find this anywhere that you can find the Evaluation details.
Editing Levels of Care and Fees
- To edit the Level of Care and Fees, it is necessary to use the same edit pencil as you would to edit the Service Plan.
- Editing the Level of Care is considered part of the Service Plan, so when you get to the Review Service Plan screen, you must click Complete Service Plan to get to Review Care Level.
Signatures
If you edit one of the documents, you will have the option to retain previously recorded electronic signatures! Upon completion of an edited Evaluation or Service Plan, make sure the "Retain Signatures" checkbox is checked.
