Create and configure Resident, Staff, and Community compliance items to meet your community's needs. Copy individual items, or copy one community's entire configuration to another one in your portfolio.
This article overviews the settings for Resident Compliance, however the same information applies to Staff and Community Compliance. Those settings are located on the Staff Settings and Community Settings pages. For assistance with configuring your company or community Compliance Settings, contact your Account Manager or our ALIS Customer Success Team.
Digitize Forms to be Fillable Online
If you want to set any of your compliance documents to be Filled Online, you must first send them to the ALIS team for processing. Send your PDF form templates to your Account Manager or our ALIS Customer Success Team.
- Once a form template is received, the ALIS team will set up annotations on that form which enable it to automatically pull in any existing, relevant ALIS data into the applicable form fields. When digitized, the form also retains information from previously completed versions. Refer to this Completing Compliance Items guide for more information.
- It is also possible to set up your form template to require information in any text box you need. This will prevent someone from completing a version of that document until they have added text to your specified required form fields. Refer to this Required Fields on Compliance Documents guide for more information.
