Use this guide to customize the information shown on your ALIS Facesheets.
ALIS Facesheet Settings are configured in Resident settings. If your security role provides you access to Resident settings, you have the option to update them on your own. For help configuring your Facesheet settings, contact your Account Manager or our ALIS Customer Success Team.
Configure Facesheet Settings
- Click on Settings > Resident.
- Scroll down to the Resident Settings page to the Facesheet Settings section. Then, use the dropdown menus and toggles to make your desired selections.

- Display SSN - Manage how Social Security Numbers are displayed on Facesheets by choosing between None, Partial, or Complete. "None" will entirely eliminate the SSN, "Partial" will display only the last four SSN digits, and "Complete" will present the full SSN.
- Show Active On Leave Details - When enabled, a resident's active leave information (Start Date, Destination, Reason, and Scheduled Return Date) will be shown on the Facesheet for the duration of the scheduled leave.

Additional Information - Select which additional information to show on Facesheets by any of the options (Race, Move In From Location, Hair Color, Eye Color, Place of Birth, Classification, Primary Spoken Language, Identifying Marks, Former Occupation). from the multiselect dropdown menu. In order for this information to appear on the Facesheet, it must be entered in these fields on the Basic Information and Health Profile sections of the resident profile.

Facesheet Contacts - Determine whether to present only ALIS Default Contacts (see below) or All Resident Contacts (any contacts added to the resident profile regardless of tag/type) on the Facesheet.

Default Contacts Include:
- Tags: Emergency (Primary and Secondary), Medical Contact (Primary and Secondary), Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, Legal Guardian, Health Care Power of Attorney - Activated/Not Activated, Health Care Proxy, Essential Caregiver, Involuntary Discharge
- Contact Types: Funeral Home, Home Health, Hospice, Hospital, Pharmacy

Default Contacts Include:
- Show "Financially Responsible" - When enabled, Default Payers will show up on Facesheet as "Financially Responsible."
- Show "Responsible Party" - When enabled, the will be shown on any applicable Contacts will be tagged as "Responsible Party" on the Facesheet.

Facesheet Contacts - Determine whether to present only ALIS Default Contacts (see below) or All Resident Contacts (any contacts added to the resident profile regardless of tag/type) on the Facesheet.
Any selections you make to the Facesheet Settings will automatically save and be immediately reflected on all residents' Facesheets.
