This integration allows for resident details to flow from ALIS to eMenuCHOICE, and it allows us to import charges into ALIS that were created in eMenuCHOICE.
This is easily enabled in ALIS via the ALIS App Store. If you already use eMenuCHOICE, contact your onboarding manager to get started!
Data sent from ALIS to eMenuCHOICE
No longer will you have to add residents to both systems!
As you start to build out applicant profiles and move in residents in ALIS, the integration allows for the same exact information to be presented in eMenuCHOICE without burdening your team with duplicate entry. The same goes for changes to their records made in ALIS.
ALIS will automatically update eMenuCHOICE when any of the following occurs:
- Resident move-ins and move-outs
-
Basic Information updated
-
Health Profile updated
-
On Leave starts and ends
- Photo updated
- Room assigned and unassigned
- Room assignment changed
