Managing your ALIS subscription is designed to be as seamless as the software itself. As a technology-driven company, we have transitioned to a fully paperless billing process. Below you will find everything you need to know about viewing, paying, and automating your monthly invoices.
Accepted Payment Methods
We prioritize secure, digital payment methods to ensure your account is credited immediately:
ACH / Direct Deposit: Our information is conveniently located directly on your invoice.
Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards for one-time or recurring payments.
Manage Your Invoices
To keep your records organized, we follow a consistent monthly schedule.
Invoice Delivery: Invoices are emailed at the beginning of each month.
Sender: All billing correspondence comes from billing@go-alis.com.
Action Item: Please add billing@go-alis.com to your "Trusted Senders" or "Whitelist" to prevent invoices from being filtered into your spam folder.
Set Up Auto-Pay
The most reliable way to ensure you never miss a payment is to set up auto-pay.
If you would like to move to automatic payments, please contact our billing team to request a payment packet. You can choose a specific day (between the 5th and 20th) of the month for your payment to be processed, giving your team plenty of time to review the invoice beforehand.
