Can I automatically create tasks for new prospects?
Yes! This workflow is managed in your CRM Settings.
- Navigate to Settings > CRM.
- Scroll to CRM Task Types.
- Choose one of the following:
- Click + Add Task to create a new task type.
- Click Edit next to an existing task type.
- Select multiple tasks using the checkboxes and use Bulk Edit.
- In the panel that opens on the right, locate Automatically create for new prospects? and change the toggle to Yes.
- Update any additional task details if needed.
- Click Submit to save.

Can I reassign tasks in bulk from one staff member to another?
Yes! You can do so from staff profiles.
- Navigate the staff profile of the person who is currently assigned the prospects and tasks.
- Under their photo, click the Reassign Prospects button.
- Under Reassign To, select staff member name to reassign the prospects. Under Reassign Prospect Tasks, move the toggle to Yes if you also want to reassign the existing tasks to that staff member.
- Click Submit to save.
Can I print mailing labels for Prospects?
Yes! There is an option to Generate Mailing Labels in the Prospects Address Book. The address book can be quickly accessed by navigating to any of the following CRM reports:
- Prospect Contacts
- Prospect Details
- Referral Source Details
