Yes! Set a company-wide default template in Company Settings, then customize it for individual communities in CRM Settings as needed.
Set a Company-wide Template
Go to Company Settings > Prospect Story Template to set a default for every community.
Customize the template per Community
Go to CRM Settings > Prospect Story Template to set a template for the community selected at the top of the page.
To reuse a community template, click Copy To and select communities. Copying replaces their existing templates. To return a community to the company default, clear its template and save.
What to Expect
Once saved, the template pre-fills the Story field on new prospects and on existing prospects with an empty Story. Stories already written are never overwritten. A community without its own template uses the company default.
