The Medication Changes Report provides a detailed audit of medication-related updates for residents. It allows clinical leadership and pharmacy partners to review changes to medication orders and allergy information within ALIS.
This report captures changes made manually from the Manage Orders page as well as updates generated through pharmacy inbox processing. It also identifies the source of each change and includes additional pharmacy identifiers when available.
