The Print Center hosts many important documents you may need for a survey and for tracking care delivery. The Print Center also houses bulk data generation tools, which are commonly only available to community or company administrators.
Access the Print Center using the Care dropdown menu at the top of your page.
The Print Center is organized in three separate tabs for staff with security role access: Print Documents, Records Requests, and Community Records. Read below for an explanation of each sections' contents and common uses.
Print Documents
Resident Documents
These are the documents you are most likely to need for a survey, and you have options here to download the files for all residents or a sample of specific residents.
Care Plans
- The Care Plan PDFs have a cover page of resident health information and then list each scheduled Care Item with the schedule.
- Download the Care Plans by Product Type, Care Program, or multi-select residents.
- For more information about Care Plans, read this article: How to Review a Care Plan.
Assessments
- These are PDFs of the electronic Evaluations in ALIS that create Service Plans and link to Care Plans. These include a cover page of resident health information.
- Download the Assessments by Product Type or multi-select residents.
- For more information about evaluations, read this article: How to Complete an Evaluation.
Service Plans
- The Service Plan PDFs are part of the electronic Evaluations in ALIS and linked to the Assessments mentioned above and to Care Plans. These include a cover page of resident health information.

Tracking Sheets
Tracking sheets are similar to MARs, and show care delivery outcomes in a grid to give a clear picture of services provided throughout the month.
Blank Tracking Sheets
- These are helpful for printing in the event you want all cells blank for staff to physically initial for their services.
- Download these by Product Type, Care Program, or multi-select residents. You also have the option to generate the document for all Care Items on the resident's Care Plan, or you can select specific Care Items.
Filled Tracking Sheets
- These show the outcomes documented in ALIS, so they must be generated for a specific month.
- Select the specific month you need, and download the PDFs by Product Type, Care Program, or multi-select residents. You also have the option to generate the document for all Care Items on the resident's Care Plan, or you can select specific Care Items.
Care Lists
These documents could be useful for accommodating a hybrid paper and electronic charting process. They show the Care List schedules in different formats, so please explore the options!
Care Lists by Date (w/Outcomes)
- These documents give ample blank space for staff to write the outcomes of Care Items within a selected Care List. Staff have space to add notes and add any details that show in the Record Care pages in ALIS.
- Download these by Date, Shift, and Care List.
Care Lists by Date (w/Photos)
- These are a simplified list of tasks within a Care List that does not provide space caregivers to write outcomes. Resident photos display with each Care Item on the Care List.
- Download these by Date and Care List. You also have the option to generate the document for all Care Items on the resident's Care Plan, or you can select specific Care Items.
Master Care List
- These are like a combination of the resident's Care Plan and the Care Lists by Date.
- They are generated for a specific Care List or multi-selection of Care Lists, and for a specific resident or multi-selection of residents.
- These provide no space to write outcomes.
Care Lists by Day
- These are the same as the Master Care List documents, but all pages are organized in order of Days of the Week.
