This guide is intended as a resource for communities to give to resident families. This walks a family member through the process of registering their account in ALIS Connect.
If you want to email this to a family member, click Print Article above, and select the option to Save As PDF and save the file to your computer. Email the PDF file as an attachment.

Registration Email
Using the ALIS Connect portal begins with registering your email address from a link you receive in an email.
If you use Gmail and can't find the email in your inbox, check your Promotions folder if you have the auto-sort settings turned on.
Your registration email should look similar to the images above!
- Complete the registration within 30 days of receiving this email.
- When you click the Accept Invitation button in the email, this takes you to ALIS Connect to create a password that you will use going forward.
After you create your password, you'll be navigated to the login screen to enter your email address and password. Bookmark this login page for easy access to ALIS Connect going forward!
The ALIS Connect Website
Once you have access to ALIS Connect and have registered to login, you will be able to see the basic contact details of the community, and then any additional information the community's team has added to your User Profile.
All the resident's information is organized into three tabs: Social, Health, and Billing. You may have one or some of these sections based on how the community uses ALIS Connect.
