Daily Stand-Up Report

This report is designed to be reviewed either on a screen with your care team, or to be printed with the ability to customize which sections you want to print.

The information is at your fingertips to communicate with all Caregivers to keep residents safe and provide the best care possible.

On your ALIS Home screen, find the Daily Stand-Up in the right panel toward the middle or bottom of your screen. 

The Daily Stand-Up includes the following sections of important information:

• Residents Actively Monitored: for more information about Resident Monitoring, read this article: Resident Monitoring
• Residents in Quarantine
• Staff in Quarantine
• Residents On Leave
• Scheduled Leaves
• Scheduled Returns from Leave
• Residents on Hospice: residents are in this list if they have contacts with the Hospice Contact Type on their resident profiles.
• Incidents (Last 72 Hours)
• Critical Observations (Last 72 Hours)
• Resident Vitals Out of Range (Last 72 Hours)
• Actual Move Ins (Last 7 Days)
• Actual Move Outs (Last 7 Days)
• Scheduled Move Ins
• Scheduled Move Outs
• Open Units

It is possible for someone to have security access to the Daily Stand-Up, but not some of the data in the above sections. In that case, the sections would not display for that person.

Use the filters at the top to look at the correct community, and you can also select specific Product Types and/or Classifications.

Use the Print and Export to Excel buttons if you need to review the information outside of ALIS.

The Print option gives you choices to include or disclude specific sections from the report.
