In Care Tracking, Care Items within a Care List display in the order of scheduled time by default.
You can set a different priority order of how the items need to be completed for each Care List. Some reasons to do this may be:
- You have scheduled times turned off, so the items are all displaying in the Care List in an arbitrary order.
- You have many Care Items scheduled for the exact same time within the Care List.
To manually set the priority, open the Care menu at the top of your ALIS page and click Care Lists.
- For the Care List you want to update, click the Prioritize Items button.
- Drag and drop the Care Items to set the priority order. As you drag and drop different items, they will immediately update the order of how the care items appear on the Care Tracking page.
If you need to reset back to the default, select the “Reset Priority” button
