The Residency Agreements feature helps your team ensure all residents have an agreement on file that remains in good standing, rate increases are set, and rate increase letters are created for mailing.
Enable Residency Agreements
This feature is behind an entitlement and requires the ALIS team to enable it. Additionally, our team must digitize your lease documents and add them as Compliance Items in Resident Settings before the Residency Agreements feature can be used. Contact your Account Manager or our ALIS Customer Success Team for assistance with enabling the entitlement and be sure to send your lease documents in PDF format for our team to digitize. Upon document submission, be prepared to consult our team on your specifications for signature lines and required fields.
Configure Residency Agreements
