The Resident Checklist Report shows the completion of critical data points for resident profiles.
This is especially helpful if you have recently added many resident profiles to ALIS and need to make sure all their information is filled in!
Go to Reports > Resident Reports to find Resident Checklist.
Most likely you want to update the Resident Stage filter to show only Current Residents.
This report can help you determine if any details have been left out since the resident profiles were created:
- Room #
- Photo Uploaded
- Primary Diagnoses
- Allergies
- Advance Directive
- Recurring Billing Activated
We can also see which resident profiles have up-to-date Evaluations, and Care Plans, which will either display the most recently completed dates, or No (N/A) if the resident doesn't have one on file.
The Medications and Number of Contacts columns show you how many of each type of medications order and the specific number of contacts are added to a resident's profile.
The resident name on this report is a link to their profile, so if information is missing, it will be easy to click their name and update their records.
Click Export to Excel to see more columns! Additional columns are:
- Resident Record #
- Date of Birth
- Number of Recurring Billing Items
- Recurring Charges total
- Number of Care Items
- Number of Scheduled Medications
- Name of Financially Responsible Contact
- Name of Primary Medical Contact
- Number of Completed Compliance Forms
- Number of Expired Compliance Forms
