ALIS HQ provides high-level and powerful information about the happenings in your communities. These dashboards are composed of graphs, tables and statistics designed to give you a clear picture of your community during a given time.
Accessing ALIS HQ
This access is granted by ALIS Support on a per-user basis. Once active, you'll see the button below the Search on your ALIS home screen for ALIS HQ.
Navigating ALIS HQ
You can access the different Dashboards in the Dashboard menu at the top. There may be some customized Dashboards for your organization, but by default you should see Dashboards containing your census information, Critical Risk information (specifically Incidents and Observations marked Critical), Medications details, and more.
The Communities menu at the top allows you to view the information for all or some or one of the communities you have access to in ALIS.
Dashboard Content
Below lists some of the Default ALIS HQ Dashboards and the content you can find within the Dashboards.
- Assessment and Care Level
- Distribution of Product Types and Care Levels within the buildings
- Number of assessments completed over the last six months
- Number of In Progress and Expired evaluations
- Details of each Care Level overrides across a specific length of time in the past
- Care Charting
- Number of Care Items (tasks) are scheduled per shift
- Time Spent providing Care per Product Type
- Comparison of Care Time Estimated and Care Time Taken
- KPIs of unrecorded, recorded, and PRN care items
- Number of unrecorded Care Items by Care List and percentages of unrecorded scheduled Care Items
- Number of residents cared for by Staff Name
- Outbreak Risk - Company
- Number of residents per community with temperatures recorded above 99.6°F, and a detailed list of each of these records
- Number of residents per community with oxygen saturation records below 90%, and a detailed list of each of these records
- Number of residents per community with respiration records below 16 bpm or above 20 bpm, and a detailed list of each of these records
- Outbreak Risk - Community
- Number of residents with fevers above 99.6°F, temperatures out of range, and a table of all temperature records within the filtered range
- Number of residents with oxygen saturation records below 90%, and a table of all oxygen saturation records within the filtered range
- Number of residents with respiration records below 16 bpm or above 20 bpm, and a table of all respiration records within the filtered range
- Prospects
- Percentages of Prospect Tasks by Task Type that result in Prospect Stage changes (Conversion statistics)
- Numbers of Tasks completed by Task Type
- Numbers of Inquiries made by Market Sources
- Monthly numbers of Inquiries, Tours Deposits and Move-Ins
- Prospect Generation Statistics by Community
- Detailed list of all Prospect Task activity for all Communities
- Detailed list of all Referral Source Task activity for all Communities
- Number of inquiries in the filtered range organized by Pipeline status
- Total Move-Ins organized by Market Source percentages
- Prospects Task Summary
- Number of completed Prospect Tasks broken down by Staff Name, with table to show Task details

Filtering & Drilling Down
To see more specific information, you can often click on a graph, table, or other widget to see the specific residents included in the data, along with other pertinent details like dates and other records.
